Divya Nadar

Divya Nadar has worked in various roles in different companies. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Empower India Limited. In 2017, they joined CKP Products Limited as the CS and Compliance Officer until 2020. Since 2020, Divya has been working at Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. (ACSPL) as the CS and Legal Officer, and they were later promoted to the position of Associate Vice President in April 2022.

Divya Nadar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law from the Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Alongside their law degree, Divya also pursued a Company Secretary program at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2011 to 2015, obtaining a degree in Company Secretary or CS.
