Pramod Rawat

Pramod Rawat possesses extensive experience in quality analysis and team leadership within the BPO sector. Currently serving as Quality Team Lead at Adroit Synergies since January 2017, Pramod has progressed through roles such as Sr. Quality Analysis and Quality Executive. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Executive at EOS - Eureka Outsourcing Solutions from June 2015 to January 2017, and a similar role at Cogent E Services from January 2012 to March 2015, where Pramod also worked as a Customer Service Representative. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Shri Dev Suman Garhwal University.
