Abhilasha Patodia has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Abhilasha is currently working as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at ADROSONIC, where they focus on using technology to assist people in achieving their goals. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Manager-Delivery - Recruitment at Krazy Mantra Group of Companies, where they provided IT and non-IT solutions globally and helped clients in scaling their success through digital marketing. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Pull In Jobs and as an HR Manager at Capacita Connect Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and hiring for various positions. Abhilasha started their career as an HR Recruiter at ABACUS CONSULTANTS, contributing to the recruitment process from 2013 to 2016.

Abhilasha Patodia completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, between 2008 and 2011. Abhilasha then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University from 2011 to 2013.
