Maneesh Nair

Maneesh Nair is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ADROSONIC since December 2024. Previously, Maneesh held the position of HRBP & COE Manager at Birlasoft from September 2022 to October 2024 and served as Group Manager HR at WNS for a brief period in 2022. Maneesh’s career at Birlasoft includes a tenure as Deputy Manager from July 2013 to February 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Senior HR Executive at ETP Group and Senior Executive - HR Recruitment at Rave Technologies. Maneesh began the professional journey as Sr. Executive in Human Resources at Value Consulting. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
