Trea Fakkeldij

Trea Fakkeldij has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Liaison Functionaris at Adrz in collaboration with Erasmus MC since June 2005. In this role, Trea Fakkeldij acts as an Advisor on Quality and Safety in oncology, focusing on VIM documentation management and Peer Support. Additional responsibilities include serving as Secretary of the Patient Safety Committee at ADRZ and advising on the Oncology Committee and its tumor working groups. Prior to this, Trea Fakkeldij worked as a Policy Officer for the Medical Staff at Adrz, supporting policy preparation and implementation. From July 1990 to January 2005, Trea Fakkeldij held roles at UMC Utrecht, including Policy Officer for Education, managing financial allocations for the Medicine/Biomedical Sciences program, and Assistant in the Bone Metabolism training program, conducting cell biological research. Trea Fakkeldij holds a degree in Medical Biology from Utrecht University and completed VWO at Veluws College Apeldoorn.
