Blandy has over 13 years of IT enterprise support and design experience. Blandy has extensive experience in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Virtual Local Area Networks (vLANs), Wireless, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Veeam, Disaster Recovery with Zerto, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), IT Security, Active Directory, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud 2 (EC2) and Office 365. He managed over 5,000 servers with SCOM. He has successfully completed numerous Active Directory Migrations with installations that contained over 20,000 objects.
Blandy is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In the Marines he served as a Plane Captain and Collateral Duty inspector for Fixed-Wing Marine Fighter Attack (VMFA) 232 from 1997 to 2002. After leaving the Marines, he attended Stevens Henager College and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2005. He worked as a Train Inspector for the Union Pacific Railroad from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007 he performed desktop support for Jack Johnson - an engineering and architectural firm. From 2007 to 2012 he worked at ADS Consulting Group as a consultant. From 2012 to 2017 he worked at the Hearst Corporation as an Enterprise IT Systems Engineer. In early 2017 he rejoined ADS Consulting Group as a consultant.
