Amparo Pastor Cardenal

Amparo Pastor Cardenal is an experienced Dietista with a career spanning over a decade in nutrition and dietary consulting. Currently employed at adSalsa since March 2018, Amparo leads a project focused on online nutrition and develops strategies to promote healthy living through a dedicated platform. Prior roles include working as a Dietista-Nutricionista at notoolate, where Amparo provided personalized guidance for healthy habit changes, and serving as a Dietista at ISS Facility Services España in a hospital setting. Amparo's early experience includes developing nutrition programs at CO Terramar and laboratory technician roles in quality control at companies such as Johnson Matthey and Germaine de Capuccini. Amparo holds a Master's degree in Nutrition in Physical Activity and Sport from UCAM and a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Universitat d'Alacant.
