Mark Swensen

Mark Swensen has a diverse work experience. Mark started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Assistant Manager in June 2002 and was promoted to Branch Manager in July 2003. In March 2005, they joined ADS, Inc. as an Inside Sales Account Manager and rose through the ranks to become an Inside Sales Manager for Federal & Law Enforcement in June 2007. Mark held this position until May 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Manager for C4ISR Programs. From December 2019 to December 2022, they served as Market Inside Sales Manager, and starting from January 2023, they assumed the position of Market Inside Sales Director.

Mark Swensen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology from Old Dominion University from 1996 to 2000. Mark also attended East Lyme High School from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Mark has obtained several certifications related to leadership and team-building skills from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust," "Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't," "Leading at a Distance," "Ways to Build a Winning Team: Trust, Freedom, and Play," "Delegating Tasks," and "Leading Productive One-on-One Meetings."
