Ryan A. has over 25 years of experience in market sales and business development, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ADS, Inc. since December 2010, after holding various senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Market Sales. Prior to ADS, Ryan A. was the VP of Expeditionary Programs at Earl Energy, LLC, and held a role as Business Development & Senior Program Manager at Blackbird Technologies. Ryan A. began a career in the US Navy, focusing on Naval Special Warfare from 1997 to 2005. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Ryan A. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
