Katherine Moody is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Acting Chief Human Resources Officer at ADSS since May 2023, Katherine is responsible for human resource strategy development and execution, focusing on succession planning and talent management. Previously, as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for ADS Securities, Katherine contributed to the firm's recruitment strategy in the financial services sector. Katherine's career includes roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager for Allianz Global Investors and Barclays Investment Bank, and leadership positions at BlackRock and EY. Katherine holds a BA in Law from the University of Cape Town and has demonstrated expertise in operational support and strategic talent acquisition throughout a dynamic career.
