Justina Tartilaite

Justina Tartilaite is a Co-Founder of Adsum since 2020. Previously, they worked at Deutsche Bank from 2012-2020 in the role of Structured Credit, Distressed Debt and Private Equity, where they originated and distributed transactions with EM focus, as well as restructuring, special sits, CRE, corporate debt and secondary loan trading. Clients included Private Equity, Asset Managers and Family Offices. Before that, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2006-2012 in the role of Multi Asset Sales: EM. During their time there, they joined the ABN AMRO Internship programme and was offered sponsorship for a Graduate final year project. 🌀Justina received a 1st Class for the project and also 1st Class for the final year exams. Additionally, they rotated in Amsterdam, HK and Moscow across FIG, Russia and Equity Research desks.

Justina Tartilaite attended Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a PLD. Prior to that, they attended Cass Business School from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BSc (Hons), 1st Class. Her final year project was titled 'Standardisation of Mortgage Margins across Europe'.
