Kelly Hayes

Kelly Hayes has extensive work experience in account management and communications. Kelly has worked at Adswerve, Inc. as the Director of Account Management, Agency since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Outbrain, starting as a Junior Account Manager in 2015 and progressing to roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and finally Director of Account Management | Northern Europe. At Outbrain, Kelly was responsible for planning and executing native campaigns, managing key accounts, and providing analysis and insights to clients.

Before Outbrain, Kelly held roles at Intern Queen Inc. as an Intern, ImPRessions as the Director of Communications and Account Supervisor, and Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Management Intern. Kelly also worked as a Campus Marketing Representative at Insomnia Cookies, a Public Relations Assistant at Sinala Noir Public Relations, an Intern at Houses of the Oireachtas, Irish Parliament, and a Public Relations Specialist at Family Support Brigade. Additionally, Kelly gained sales experience as an Advanced Sales Representative at Vector Marketing.

Kelly Hayes attended Ohio University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Strategic Communications.
