Lauren Deaton

Lauren Deaton has a strong background in project management and strategy. Lauren is currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Adswerve, Inc., where they utilize agile business strategy and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive success across various initiatives. In their previous role as a Portfolio Manager at Denver Public Schools, Lauren demonstrated their expertise in organizational change management, KPI development, and communication planning. Lauren also has experience as an Information Technology Project Manager, leading SAAS solution projects for a large user base. Prior to their work in education, Lauren held positions as a Strategic Account Director at Courtesy Associates and a Logistics Coordinator at ESI.

Lauren Deaton earned a Master's degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Roanoke College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they hold various certifications including Human Centered Strategy and Designing Strategy from IDEO U, a Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci, a CSM certification from Scrum Alliance, and certifications in CMP and PMP from CIC and the Project Management Institute, respectively.
