Melissa Olmstead

Melissa Olmstead has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Melissa most recently served as the Senior Director of HR at Adswerve, Inc. starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Melissa was the VP of Total Rewards & HRMS at Crane Co. from July 2021 to February 2023. Melissa also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Novelis from April 2020 to June 2021. Before that, Melissa worked at Aleris International, Inc. for over 15 years, serving as the VP of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS/HR Business Partner. Melissa has experience in managing HRIS and compensation functions from their previous roles at Noveon, Westfield Group, KeyCorp, and McDonald Investments. Melissa began their career as a consultant at Ernst & Young.

Melissa Olmstead attended Case Western Reserve University from 1983 to 1987. Melissa also completed their high school education at Fairview High School. In addition, they obtained a certification as an AchieveGlobal Leadership Development Facilitator in 2013 from AchieveGlobal.
