Erica Bisch

Erica Bisch serves as the Director of Sales Enablement, Training, Communications, and Quality Assurance at ADT, a Fortune 500 company with over 20,000 team members, since September 2019. Prior to this role, Bisch held the position of Senior Vice President of Account Solutions at Lavoro Education Services from 2017 to September 2019, improving talent management strategies for corporations. Before that, Bisch was the Vice President of Human Resources at ITT Educational Services, Inc., a publicly traded educational provider with significant revenue. Bisch also served as the Executive Director of the California Fire Safe Council, where a comprehensive HR infrastructure was established for this nonprofit organization. Bisch holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BA in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Southern California.
