Frank Cona

Frank Cona serves as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Privacy at ADT, overseeing legal matters related to intellectual property and data privacy since September 2012. Prior to joining ADT, Frank spent over eight years at Tyco International as Managing Intellectual Property Counsel, where responsibilities included managing global technology-related legal issues. Frank's earlier experience includes significant roles in private practice, focusing on software and IP licensing, and executive leadership as Co-founder and CEO of InfoNetworks, Inc. Additionally, Frank has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Drexel University, teaching graduate-level courses on legal issues in the digital realm. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
