Gilles Drieu

Gilles Drieu is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at ADT since January 2024, Gilles previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Google for nearly a decade, overseeing core and protected data solutions as well as devices and services for Nest. Prior experience includes Vice President of Engineering roles at Zendesk and Motorola Mobility, where Gilles played a vital role in scaling teams and leading innovative product initiatives. As Head of Engineering at Apple, Gilles defined strategies for rich media web applications and contributed to the development of GPU-accelerated web technologies. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Advanced Computer Science and Control Theory from Mines Paris - PSL and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Machine Learning from Université de Rouen.
