James Sweet

James Sweet currently holds the position of Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging at ADT, where responsibilities include leading the strategy and implementation of enterprise-wide leadership development programs. Prior to ADT, James served as Talent Development Manager at Meijer and held multiple roles at T-Mobile, including Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development, where national training initiatives were led to ensure consistency across the organization. With a strong background in learning and development, James has built and managed leadership programs and collaborated closely with senior leaders to align training with business priorities. James earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Alfred.
