James Sweet has extensive experience in leadership and talent development within various companies, including ADT, Meijer, and T-Mobile. At ADT, James served as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging, as well as the Director of Leadership Development, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-wide leadership programs and project oversight. Prior to ADT, James was the Talent Development Manager at Meijer, overseeing high-quality learning programs, and earlier held roles such as Senior Learning Specialist. At T-Mobile, James was the Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development, responsible for national training initiatives and coaching development teams. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Alfred.
