Lisa Iannarino

Lisa Iannarino is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, inclusion, corporate giving, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Capital One since April 2022, Iannarino previously held senior management roles in diversity, inclusion, and corporate giving at General Dynamics Information Technology, where leadership involved the design and execution of strategic programs following an acquisition. Earlier experience includes overseeing similar initiatives at CSRA Inc and directing marketing and communications for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. With a strong background in communications from the Washington Nationals, Iannarino holds an MBA in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University.
