Jason McKenzie is a data-driven thought leader with extensive experience in analytics and operations. They served as a Senior Analyst in Customer Care Data at ADT from 2016 to 2022, where they migrated data systems to Google Cloud Platform and improved retention reporting processes using Tableau. Jason progressed to Senior Manager of Retention Operations, overseeing data-driven customer retention strategies, and held the position of Manager of Business Intelligence, leading efforts in data migration and dashboard development.
