Joe Sawinski

Joe Sawinski has extensive experience in sales operations and project management, currently serving as Program Manager for Sales Operations/Commissions at ADT since July 2005, where management of a team focuses on auditing and reconciling order entry and commissions for over 3000 field sales representatives and managers. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Small Business Sales Manager at ADT Fire & Security from July 1998 to July 2005. Joe is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Manager, leading initiatives to improve sales revenue through key projects utilizing DMAIC, LEAN, DFSS, and SCRUM methodologies. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Wayne State University between 1989 and 1995.
