Ritesh Saraf currently serves as the SVP and Chief Monitoring Officer at ADT since August 2025. Previously, Ritesh held the position of Vice President of Digital Products and Platforms at Humana from November 2022 to August 2025, managing a $100M portfolio focused on healthcare insurance digital experiences. At State Farm, Ritesh served in multiple roles, including Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed product strategy, customer experience, and execution for digital platforms, overseeing a substantial budget and leading numerous teams. Ritesh's tenure at Staples included key roles in product management and digital strategy, achieving significant growth in mobile revenues and launching innovative ecommerce solutions. Ritesh holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Denver.
