Shari Wilson

Shari Wilson has extensive experience in the security industry, currently serving as the Director of Monitoring and Director of Customer Care at ADT since May 2018. Prior to ADT, Shari held various leadership positions at Protection 1 Security Solutions, including Sr. Director of Customer Care and Director of Customer Operations from 1995 to October 2020. Shari's career began at Multimedia Security Systems as a Central Station Operator from June 1983 to 1988, followed by roles as a Service Dispatcher at Multimedia Cablevision from 1988 to 1993 and Monitoring Supervisor at Multimedia Security Systems from 1993 to 1995.
