Ken Driscoll

Ken Driscoll, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 25 years of experience in various HR roles. Ken currently works as an Adjunct Faculty at the College of DuPage. Previously, Ken held senior leadership positions at Adtalem Global Education and Chamberlain University. At Adtalem, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Management, overseeing talent programs across their global institutions. At Chamberlain University, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, providing coaching and guidance to the executive team. Additionally, Ken worked at Navistar, where they held roles such as Director of Talent Management Group, HR Business Consulting & Education Director, and Manager of Human Resources in various departments. Throughout their career, Ken has been responsible for designing and implementing talent management programs, leadership development, performance management, and HR service center management.

Ken Driscoll, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Arts (Business and Health Degree) from the University of St. Francis. In terms of additional certifications, Ken is a Dare to Lead Trained professional and a Change Management Simulation Facilitator from ExperiencePoint. Ken is also a certified DDI Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International. In 2018, Ken obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Ken holds the EQ-i 2.0 certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) since 2014 and the Benchmarks 360 certification from the Center for Creative Leadership since 2011. Ken has also been certified in Forté Communication Style Assessment from The Forté Institute in 2010 and holds the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc. since 2007. Additionally, Ken is a certified culture shaping facilitator from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company.
