Mahad Rafeeq

Mahad Rafeeq has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mahad began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2008 as an Inventory Analyst and went on to hold roles such as Sr. Inventory/Business Solutions Analyst and Head of Finance – Inventory Management. In 2011, they joined W.W. Grainger as a Senior Planning Analyst before returning to Sears Holdings Corporation in 2012. At Sears, they held various positions including National Inventory Manager, Director of Inventory Management, and Senior Director of Inventory Management. In 2019, they joined Transform SR Holding Management, LLC as Vice President of Finance and later assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, LLC in 2020. Mahad will be joining Adtalem Global Education as Vice President of Finance starting in 2022. With their extensive experience in finance and inventory management, Mahad has demonstrated their expertise in these areas throughout their career.

Mahad Rafeeq completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Administration at Monmouth College from 2004 to 2008. Mahad also briefly attended Northern Illinois University in 2015 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) but did not complete the program.
