Pamela Murphy

Pamela Murphy, MSW, is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in government relations, policy making, and advocacy. Currently serving as VP of Global Government Relations & Sustainability and President of the Adtalem Foundation at Adtalem Global Education since 2019, Pamela has spearheaded initiatives in domestic and international legislative advocacy and sustainability. Previously, as Senior VP at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine from 2009 to 2019, Pamela established the organization's Capitol Hill office and shaped its legislative agenda. Additional roles include Public Affairs Lead at The Allstate Foundation and Senior Policy Advisor to Congresswoman Julia Carson, where Pamela advanced key legislative priorities. Pamela holds a Master of Social Work and Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Stockton University.
