Preeti Kurane

Preeti Kurane (CISA) has diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Preeti is currently serving as the IT Internal Audit Director at Adtalem Global Education since August 2020. Prior to that, Preeti worked at Deloitte for 8 years, starting as a Senior Technology Auditor and eventually progressing to the role of Senior Manager. Preeti also served as a Manager and Sr. Consultant during their tenure at Deloitte. Before joining Deloitte, Preeti worked at American Express as a Senior Technology Auditor from June 2010 to July 2012. Preeti began their career at KPMG US as an IT Advisory Associate and later interned as an Information Risk Management Intern at the same firm. Preeti also has experience in academia where they held the position of ITELL Team Leader - Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University, where they were responsible for managing a networking lab, mentoring undergraduate students, and collaborating with professors on lab development.

Preeti Kurane (CISA) obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Cummins College of Engineering for Women, Mauja in 2005. Preeti later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Syracuse University, completing it in 2007. Continuing their education, Preeti also obtained a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA, specializing in Management Information Systems.
