Ryan Rijken has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, digital transformation, and creative arts. Ryan started their career as a Creative Arts and Music Pastor at Grace Outreach Center in 2006. Ryan then worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant and Certified Eloqua Specialist at Sureshot Media & Marketing from 2010 to 2014. From 2015 to 2019, Ryan held multiple roles including Principal Consultant at Oracle, Marketing Operations Systems Administrator and Marketing Automation Manager at thyssenkrupp Elevator, and Sr. Digital Transformation Manager at Ciberspring International. In 2019, they joined Intuit as a Marketing Automation Email Manager before founding their own agency, Southpaw Media & Marketing, where they served as Founder & Managing Partner. Ryan joined Adtalem Global Education in 2019 as a Senior Manager, Digital Experience, and later became the Director of Personalization Strategy. Currently, they are working as the Director of Student Experience (Communications) at Adtalem Global Education.
Ryan Rijken holds a 2 Year Certificate of Ministry in Organizational Leadership from Leadership Masters Commission, earned between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they are currently studying at Colorado Christian University, pursuing an Associate's Degree in Communication Studies from 2016 to 2023. In terms of certifications, Ryan obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in July 2019. Ryan also holds various marketing certifications from HubSpot Academy and Oracle, including the Hubspot Marketing Software Certification, Hubspot Content Marketing Certification, Hubspot Email Marketing Certification, Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud - Masters 2018, and Eloqua Expert Level Certification.
