Shelley Meenan

Shelley Meenan has an extensive work experience spanning several decades in the media and advertising industry. Shelley currently holds the position of Advancement Director at Phoenixville Free Clinic. Prior to this, they worked at Adtaxi as the General Manager and Vice President of Sales, where they supervised employees across multiple disciplines and played a key role in securing agreements for digital and print advertising. Meenan also worked at Digital First Media as a Publisher, spearheading the transition to digital-first frameworks and consistently exceeding revenue and profit margin targets. Shelley held various roles at Journal Register Company, including Advertising Director, where they safeguarded annual revenue, developed sales and marketing strategies, and established agreements with regional and national advertisers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Classified Manager at Daily Local News/Suburban Publications and in advertising sales at The Times Herald.

Shelley Meenan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Shelley completed their undergraduate studies from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. Their MBA was earned during the period from 1989 to 1994.
