Tier 3 Customer Service Representative at ADTECH Systems

Lily Gardam has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Math Tutor at the American International School of Utah. In 2017, they worked as a Booking Office Representative at The Middle East Restaurant and Nightclub, and simultaneously started their freelance career as an Audio Engineer. In 2019, Lily joined Adtech Systems as a Rack Fabrication Technician and later became an Associate Field Engineer, where they commissioned and tested Audio/Visual systems, obtained technical certifications, and solved logistical and technical problems. Lily continued their journey at Adtech Systems in 2020, taking on the roles of a Service Technician and currently a Tier 3 Customer Service Representative.

Lily Gardam, CCNA, completed their Bachelors degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including TesiraFORTÉ from Biamp in January 2020, Dante Certification Level 3 from Audinate in December 2019, 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health from OSHA Safety Training Institute in September 2019, Dante Certification Level 1 from Audinate in July 2019, Dante Certification Level 2 from Audinate in July 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Implementing and Administering Cisco Networking Technologies from Cisco in February 2021.
