Mishba Arshad Mohammad is a Digital Media Planner and Digital Assistant at Adtelier Group since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at SR LABS - The Eye Tracking Company from September 2022 to February 2023 and as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Sales Account at Hunters Group from February 2022 to August 2022. Mishba holds a Laurea Magistrale LM in Applied Experimental Psychological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, earned between January 2019 and October 2021, along with a summer course on Human Factors in Virtual and Augmented Reality from the same institution in September 2021. Additionally, Mishba completed a Laurea triennale in Psychological Sciences at Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 2016 to 2019.

We are an independent and media neutral group, which includes three brands: Address (media agency), Digital Address (digital media agency full funnel / full stack) and Adextra (internationality and innovation). We act as consultants, creating dedicated teams for each project and supporting you in choosing the best investments to make your communications succesfull. To be independent means having a large -yet not too much- team characterized by the presence of professionals with proven, vertical experience: this allows us to fluidly move in an ever-changing landscape as well as autonomously managing time and actions. We consider ourselves an agency with ethics and a very unique entrepreneurial culture; we respect all investments we make and we treat them as if they were our own. Our work is not related to sole campaign planning, it is instead tied to knowing where to direct investments in a specific moment in time: we believe in the custom projects we create which see us on the first line every day. We believe that the most impressive results are always achieved together. We collaborate with our clients as a strategic platform, in which each touchpoint with the audience represents an objective to create the next successful campaign (from the most traditional media to the newest, from BTL advertising to programmatic campaigns and less conventional projects).
