Phuong Lam Nguyen Tran is an experienced professional in marketing and customer service, currently serving as an Account Executive at Adtima since April 2022. Previously, Phuong worked as a Marketing Intern at Se Sẻ Furniture, focusing on content strategy and campaign execution. Experience also includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Deliany, where challenges and complaints were addressed effectively, and as a Guest Service Agent at Muong Thanh Hospitality Recruitment, streamlining check-in/out and reservation operations. As the Head of the Tourism Department at Travelgroup UEH, Phuong led marketing initiatives and contributed as a Vice Project Leader on a project aimed at enhancing tourism students' skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality was earned at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2017 to 2021.
