David Levine

David Levine is the Founder and CTO of Adtoniq. Prior to founding Adtoniq, David Levine served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance for Prudential Private Capital from July 2006 to July 2021. In this role, David led a team that originated, underwrote, and structured private middle-market senior debt, subordinated/mezzanine debt, and private equity investments. David was responsible for private capital investments across a broad industry spectrum and managed a team focused on transactions in Colorado, Washington, Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), Montana, and Alaska.

Prior to joining Prudential Private Capital, David Levine served as the Vice President of Redwood Securities from November 2002 to July 2004. In this role, David was responsible for business development.

Before joining Redwood Securities, David Levine served as the Business Development Analyst for DoubleTwist, Inc. from October 2000 to March 2002. In this role, David was responsible for business development and analyst functions.

David Levine began their career as an Analyst for Bond Logistix (Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe) from January 1999 to January 2000.

David Levine has a BA in English from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. David also attended The Branson School.

David Levine reports to Gary Portney, CEO & Founder. David Levine works with Jack McCabe - Product Manager, Pat Whelan - Chief Strategy Officer, and Barbara Grealish - Office Manager. Some individuals on their team include Oozie Ligus - Developer, Benny Pollak - Developer.
