Sunil Punathil

Sunil Punathil currently serves as the Senior Manager of Professional Services at Adtran since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sunil worked at ADVA for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing the Professional Services team for the Americas and overseeing various customer service operations projects related to network implementation and integration. Sunil has held positions as CFO at Spice Pik LLC, where finance activities for a retail food service business were managed, and played a significant role in building a Network Operations Center at Alta Telecom. Sunil's extensive background in telecommunications spans roles such as Engineer in Advanced Technical Support at Level 3 Communications and Chief Network Engineer at Zayo Group. Early career experiences include network design and engineering roles at Memphis Networx, Glow Networks, Emirates Telecommunications Corp., and Nortpak Fiber Optics. Sunil holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Calicut.
