Sushil Kumar Jain

Sushil Kumar Jain is an experienced software development manager with a strong background in research and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Software at Adtran since February 2023, Sushil has also held a similar role at ADVA from January 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included work on Opendaylight Controller, SDN, NFV, and NMS/EMS applications, alongside a position as Senior Lead Engineer. Prior experience includes Lead Engineer at Overture Networks, focusing on NMS application development for L2 Carrier Ethernet Switches, and Technical Lead at Tech Mahindra, working on NMS and WebRTC application development. Sushil began a career in software engineering at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, developing NMS applications for Nortel and Ciena Optical switches. Sushil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Institute Of Technical Education and Research, Bhubaneswar, and education includes former studies at G M College and The Kosala School.
