Lydia Groß has a long history of work experience in the fields of HR and finance. Lydia began their career in 2006 as an apprentice at Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Born MbH. In 2009, they moved to EY as a Junior Tax Assistant and to MDS Möhrle GmbH as a Steuerfachangestellte / Finanzbuchhalterin. In 2011, they worked as a Finanzbuchhalter at InnoGames GmbH. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Alleinbuchhalterin at BauMa Trans GmbH and then as a Finanzbuchhalterin at TUTECH INNOVATION GMBH. In 2016, they moved to Eisenbahnbauverein Harburg eG as an Alleinbuchhalterin. In 2020, they became an Accounting Manager at BRACENET, and in 2021, they became Manager HR & Finance at Adtriba GmbH.
Lydia Groß began their education in 2006 when they completed an apprenticeship as a tax specialist at Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Born mbH. In 2016, they completed a training program as an Immobilienfachwirtin at EBZ - Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungswirtschaft. In 2018, they completed a training program in Methodenkompetenzen, KVP-Coach, and KVP-Moderator at Vorest AG. Lydia then completed two training programs in Face Reading - Psycho-Physiognomik and Siang Mien - The Chinese Art of Face Reading at Gesichtleserin Nadine Pfeifer in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
