Aaron Khong

Aaron Khong has extensive experience as an IT professional, with a strong focus on IT management and project leadership. Aaron has held various positions in different companies throughout their career.

From 2017 to present, Khong has been working at AMES Australia as an IT Project Director, where they have managed various IT projects, including the implementation of Microsoft CRM and case management infrastructure.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they served as an IT Manager at RMD Industries Pty Ltd, where they supported cloud-based ERP and business intelligence systems, as well as worked on improving the network and infrastructure platform.

In 2016, Khong worked as a Senior IT Consultant on a contract basis at Viewscape - Manufacturing, where they developed an IT transformation plan and assisted in selecting a manufacturing and accounting enterprise solution.

Before that, from 1997 to 2016, Khong was employed at L'Oreal, where they held various roles, including General Manager - IT and I.T. Manager. In these positions, they provided strategic guidance for IT transformation programs, maintained reliable ICT systems, and managed a team of IT professionals.

Khong's earlier work experience includes serving as an IT Manager at Croner-Tyco Toys from 1995 to 1997, where they achieved notable accomplishments in network installations and project management. Aaron also worked as a Project Leader at South Pacific Tyres from 1991 to 1995, overseeing retail systems projects.

At the start of their career, Khong worked at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Manager. Aaron was involved in the development and implementation of localized payroll systems and the analysis and design of tracking systems for various clients.

Aaron Khong received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computing Science & Mathematics from Victoria University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
