ACLD
Pina Spinelli is a seasoned Behavior Intervention Specialist with extensive experience in training and program development within the field of behavioral health. Since June 2005, Pina has been with ACLD, ensuring compliance with New York State Law and agency policies while designing customized behavior modification programs for over 50 residents across seven locations. Pina's previous roles include serving as a Behavioral Consultant at the Long Island Developmental Disabilities Service Office and as an Applied Behavior Specialist at The Center for Developmental Disabilities. Pina holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from New York Institute of Technology.

Today, we are a leading not-for-profit agency employing 1100+ staff and providing over 90 program sites in Nassau and Suffolk. ACLD is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL).
