Kristin Crossman

Kristin Crossman currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aduna Global, contributing to the development of the people platform and employee transition for a joint venture with Ericsson since January 2024. Previously, Kristin held the position of Chief People Officer at Kids2, where responsibilities included redesigning global employee platforms to enhance culture and retention, overseeing HR due diligence for a $100M acquisition, and managing HR across multiple countries. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for E-payments at Fiserv, where Kristin facilitated talent reviews and cultural transformation, and as Vice President of HR at YP, transforming a sales team and acting as an HR Business Partner. Earlier roles include Head of HR for North America Services at Nokia Siemens Networks, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Kristin holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Christian University and a Master of Arts in HR from the University of South Carolina.
