Michael Porter is a Principal Geologist with extensive experience in well delivery and geoscience. They currently lead penguin well delivery at Adura, having joined the company in 2025. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Geologist and Well Delivery Lead at Shell from 2008 to 2025, focusing on UK operated assets. Michael earned a BSc (Hons) in Geoscience from the University of Durham in 2007 and completed an MSc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience at the University of Aberdeen in 2008.
