Peter Kampian

Peter Kampian is the current Director at Aduro Clean Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Director - Audit Committee Chair at Harborside Inc. (HBOR-CSE) from January 2017 to December 2020. Peter also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at DionyMed Brands Inc from January 2017 to December 2019. Kampian has extensive experience in management and financial planning. Peter was instrumental in raising initial funding for DionyMed Brands Inc and taking the company public through a reverse takeover process on the Canadian securities Exchange. Peter also played a key role in managing and negotiating the company’s restructuring as a result of cash constraints.
