Ulrich Matthes

Ulrich Matthes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and new product introduction within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Service at Adtran since August 2023, Matthes leads the Customer New Product Introduction team focusing on the global launch of new products and system solutions. Prior to this role, Matthes held various positions at ADVA from November 2003, including Senior Manager and Manager of Customer New Product Introduction, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, coordinating global product launches, and enhancing user experience. Matthes began a technical career as Technical Lead at Ahlborn Orgel GmbH, overseeing research and development and production teams in the creation of digital church organs.
