Leslie-Anne Hinton

Leslie-Anne Hinton has a range of experience in event management and coordination. Leslie-Anne joined AdvaMed in 2018 and holds the title of Associate Vice President, Conferences and Events since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AUVSI starting in 2008 where they held the position of Senior Convention Manager. Their responsibilities included managing logistics for national and international events, as well as leading a rebranding process for one of the shows. Before AUVSI, Leslie-Anne was the Meetings Manager at KaBOOM! from 2006 to 2008, where they planned and created programming for national events and regional trainings. Leslie-Anne also administered the scholarship program and launched a unique reception program. Leslie-Anne's earlier experience includes working as the Meetings and Membership Coordinator at the Parcel Shippers Association from 2002 to 2006, where they managed all aspects of events and advocated for association members.

Leslie-Anne Hinton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Vermont, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in 2023.
