David Martel is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and business development. Currently serving as Chief Brand Strategist for Advance 360 Education since January 2021, David directs brand marketing focused on the education sector. Concurrently, David holds the position of Chief Brand Strategist at NJ Advance Media, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and brand repositioning initiatives. Previous roles include Marketing Director at NJ.com and Business and Audience Development Manager at MLive Media Group. David began the career at Advance Publications, managing marketing for AnnArbor.com, and also served on the board of the HIV/AIDS Resource Center and the Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation, where significant fundraising growth was achieved. David's earlier experience includes leadership roles at re:group, Davis Ad Agency, and Goldberg Marchesano Partners. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington.
