Melissa Penenori

Melissa Penenori, SHRM-CP, serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Advance Auto Parts since May 2023. Previously, Melissa held various positions at Amazon, including HR Business Partner II and Operations Area Manager II, where leadership was provided to over 100 associates and a focus was placed on quality control and customer experience. At Compass Group, Melissa operated as General Manager, leading a team and generating significant annual revenue. Experience at Aramark included roles as Director of Operations and Catering & Premium Services Manager, overseeing extensive operations and large teams for prominent events. Melissa's career began at Southwestern Yacht Club Inc. as Food & Beverage Manager, managing routine operations and budgets. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina.
