Rachel Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, customer experience, and digital marketing. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for Store Systems at Advance Auto Parts since November 2019, Rachel oversees critical systems across more than 4,000 locations, achieving significant improvements in system performance and user experience.
