Shane O'Kelly

Shane O'Kelly currently serves as President and CEO of Advance Auto Parts since September 2023, along with a role as a Board Member. Previous experience includes positions as Chief Executive Officer at HD Supply from December 2020 to September 2023 and at PetroChoice from July 2011 to March 2018. O'Kelly held senior leadership roles at The Home Depot, initially as Senior Vice President from March 2018 to September 2023 and earlier as Regional Vice President from November 2003 to December 2007. Other notable positions include President and Chief Executive Officer at AH Harris from January 2008 to September 2011, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2003. O'Kelly's military background includes service as a Captain in the US Army from 1990 to 1997.
