Tim Folks

Tim Folks has extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Facing Systems at Advance Auto Parts since January 2014, where previous roles included Senior Director of both Customer Facing Systems and Content Services. Prior to this, Tim held significant positions at the Auto Care Association from 2011 to 2017, including Chair and Vice-Chair of the Technology Standards & Solutions Committee. Tim also contributed to CARQUEST from 2006 to 2013 as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Content Services. Early in the career, Tim worked as a SOA Architect at VSS, served on the Board of Directors at American Mensa, and was the Owner of Edgescape Development from 1999 to 2005.
