Michael Demarco possesses a robust background in personnel coordination and business support, currently serving at Advance Global Recruitment Ltd since December 2023. Previously, Michael contributed to the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative as a Legal Advocacy Researcher from January 2022 to January 2023 and worked as an Advocacy Officer for Scholars at Risk in early 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and History, along with a Master of Science in Human Rights and Conflict, both obtained from the University of Dundee between 2017 and 2022.
