Steve Carmichael

Steve Carmichael is an experienced sales and account management professional with a strong background in IT security and healthcare sectors. Starting as a Business Development Agent at Astute in 2005, Steve progressed to roles such as Internal Sales Executive at NTS UK and Sales Support Administrator at Maintel, where responsibilities included account management and customer support. At Daisy Plc, Steve managed over 100 SMB accounts, consistently achieving profit targets. Further experience as a Sales Account Manager at niu Solutions involved promoting connectivity solutions to existing and new customers. Steve contributed significantly to business development in the Care and Hospital Divisions at DDC Dolphin from 2017 to 2022 before taking on the role of Contract Manager at Advance Group in September 2025.
